Track & Field
Our primary goal is to introduce track and field to our students and motivate them to participate in a running/ fitness program. Primary benefits are improved fitness, cardiovascular endurance and enhancing acceleration and speed. They will be participating in running events such as the 4 X 100 Meter relay, 4 X 400 Meter relay, 100 Meter, 400 and 800 Meter dash. They will also get to participate in the following field events; long jump and shot put.
