School admission is based on the following requirements:
- K-3 (Early Childhood) students must be three years old on or before September 1st of the school year in which they are enrolling.
- K-4 (Pre-Kinder) students must be four years old on or before September 1st of the school year in which they are enrolling.
- K-5 (Kindergarten) students must be five years old on or before September 1st of the school year in which they are enrolling.
- First grade students must be six years old on or before September 1st of the school year in which they are enrolling.
- If any of the above students have been in school, documentation must be provided that specifies where the child attended school.
Parents who want to enroll a student must do the following:
- Make an appointment for an interview with the principal - and a tour of the school - please bring your child with you (if possible).
- Upon initial admission, all required paperwork must be completed in the school office. The following records are required in order to register:
Baptismal Record
Certified Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Social Security Card
Report Card (Grades 1-6)
Progress Reports (Grades K3 - K5)
First Communion Record (Grades 3-6)
Confirmation Certificate (if applicable)
